On October 3, 2014 the Regulation of the Government No. 559 “On Approval of the Methodology of Regulatory Impact Assessment of the Laws and Regulations with regard to Business Entities’ Activity” dated September 30, 2014 entered into force.

The Regulation was prepared in order to elaborate efficient mechanisms of impact assessment of laws and regulations on business activity, to increase quality and effectiveness of adopted laws and regulations in accordance with Article 19 of the Law “On Laws and Regulations of the Kyrgyz Republic” and Article 4 of the Law “On Optimization of Legislative and Regulatory Framework of Business Activity Regulation”.
