Today, June 20, 2025, the International Business Council and El Group Consulting held a business breakfast "Leader with a growth mindset" dedicated to new approaches to leadership development and teamwork in the current reality.

The event participants discussed relevant tools and practices that promote business growth and sustainability. An exchange of experience and strategic decisions took place among IBC members. Speaker Zhamilya Imankulova (serial entrepreneur, author of leadership programs, Honorary Consul of the Netherlands) held a practical session on the development of a growth mindset and key leadership competencies; introduced a personal working guide with checklists and algorithms for further implementation.

The meeting participants considered opportunities for new partnerships in the IBC community.
