The bill proposes to purchase medicines through international organizations

The powers of the Prime Minister and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic terminated
Acting President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Toraga of the Jogorku Kenesh Talant Mamytov signed the Decree "On termination of the powers of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic".
Members of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic will perform their duties until a new composition of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic is formed in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The duties of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic are entrusted to the Acting First Deputy Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Artem Novikov until the formation of a new Government.
Amendments to the Law "On Pledge", the Civil Code and the Code of Violations considered
On January 20, at a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, the deputies considered the second reading of the draft law “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic (the Law “On Pledge”, the Civil Code, the Code of Violations)” initiated by the Government.
The bill is aimed at developing the financial sector of the republic, reducing risks for financial and credit organizations and, as a consequence, increasing the issued credit funds, as well as introducing norms for regulating collateral relations.
The deadlines for the use of old cash registers extended until April 1, 2021
The deadlines for the prohibition of registration of old online cash register models and the use of old cash registers samples have been extended until April 1, 2021. The corresponding decision was signed by the Acting Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Artem Novikov.
This decision was made in order to support the business that has suffered significant economic losses as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and the introduction of restrictive measures.
According to the Resolution of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "On measures to introduce an electronic system of fiscalization of tax procedures" dated June 24, 2020 No. 365, it was envisaged that from January 1, 2021, cash registers that do not correspond to new technical requirements for cash register machines, and old cash register samples without the function of transferring fiscal data in real time to the servers of the tax service are not subject to use.
Taking into account the numerous requests from business entities – cash registers users, it was decided to extend the terms of the prohibition of registration of old KKM-online models and the use of old KKM samples until April 1, 2021.
