Business Council under the Parliament Speaker approves its annual agenda

The participants of the Business Development and Entrepreneurship Council under the Parliament Speaker discussed how to improve the business environment in the country.

At the meeting held at the ethnographic complex of Supara (Chunkurchak), acute issues of the regulatory legal acts regulating entrepreneurship, as well as measures for the further development and achievement of sustainability of the Council’s activities, were considered.

The meeting was organized by the Business Development and Entrepreneurship Council and the USAID Competitive Enterprise project.

Parliament deputies, staff of the Parliament’s office, Council members, representatives of the business community, and independent experts took part in the discussions.

At the meeting, the Council’s annual plan was drafted and approved, the relevance and period of discussion of issues were determined. The Council’s sustainable development plan was approved.

It was decided to establish an advisory group to the Council, consisting of representatives of international donor organizations.
