IBC proposes to improve the judicial system of Kyrgyzstan

IBC Deputy Executive Director Daniyar Mederov presented the IBC proposals on improving the judicial system and ensuring legality in the Kyrgyz Republic at a meeting of the Business Development and Entrepreneurship Council under the Parliament Speaker of the Kyrgyz Republic. Following the discussion, the Parliament Committee on constitutional legislation, state structure and judicial and legal issues and regulations, was entrusted to consider the IBC proposals.

The Council also considered issues of improving the practices of applying the Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA) in the Kyrgyz Parliament, and the problems of processing precious metals and developing jewelry production in the country.

The event was attended by MPs, heads of relevant ministries and agencies, and representatives of business associations.
