The IBC Interim Commission on Antimonopoly Legislation began its work. The commission includes representatives of companies – dominants in the industry markets. Currently, the Order of economic and statistical observation of the activities of dominant companies is being drafted. Upon completion, the document will be forwarded to the Economy Ministry for consideration. The commission members also plan to draft business proposals and comments to the law on competition.
