IBC Executive Director Askar Sydykov spoke at the OSCE Academy with a guest lecture on results of the regulatory reform conducted within the Systematic Regulatory Review project implemented by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in conjunction with the OSCE. As a result, a full-scale inventory of legislation regulating business activities was done.

The project aimed to identify existing barriers, eliminate contradictions and duplications in the legislation and eliminate corruption risks. IBC was the counterpart partner of the SAR project on interaction with business associations. IBC collected recommendations from business associations.
