International Business Council is pleased to invite you to the next IBC open meeting organized in collaboration with UNDP Role of business in sustainable development that will take place on December 16 at 9:30 am, in Ala-Too Hall of City Hotel. Registration will start at 9:00 am.

Business community welcomes the efforts of the United Nations (UN) in promoting stakeholders’ initiatives in achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The final document on Sustainable Development for the period until 2030 consisted of 17 Sustainable Development Goals, one of which deals with "strengthening the means of implementation and revitalize the global partnership for sustainable development". As noted by UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, "The world needs an international financial framework that is predictable and effective in meeting these challenges and achieving sustainable and inclusive development", and the role of business in this issue is inseparable.

The business community believes that it is necessary to raise awareness of all stakeholders, in particular businesses, about partnerships opportunities to promote sustainable development.
