Representatives of IBC and other business associations participated in a meeting of the working group at the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic on the improvement of the labor legislation in the country. The work is carried out as part of the Governmental the Kyrgyz Republic for 2015-2017. Representatives of business have developed a coordinated version of amendments to the Labor Code, including the possibility of concluding fixed-term contracts and establishment of the statute of limitations in payment of wages to employees. After discussing this version of amendments with representatives of trade unions, a final version of the document was agreed upon.
