Since October 2009 IBC implemented and finalized a project on conducting a Survey on Property Rights Protection with support of GIZ. In February 2010 IBC conducted an Open Meeting and presented results of the survey, which was published in March. IBC has now finalized the project and submitted executive and financial reports. The total budget of the project was 11,521 EUR. As project follow up activities, IBC is participating within the initiatives on improvement of the Property Rights Protection raised during the first meeting of the Business and Investment Development Council. In addition, IBC as a member of the legislative working group under the Ministry of Justice initiated development of the new draft law on Property.

The project was implemented in 2010 with support of the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ).
