On July 23, 2015 the Ministry of Economy submitted for public discussion the draft Regulation of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Amendments to the Regulation of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic #453 “On Approval of the Statute on the Order of Presenting Tax Accounts in Electronic Form without Electronic Digital Signature” dated August 6, 2013”.

According to the proposed amendments taxpayer will have the right to present tax accounts in electronic form through the official website of the State Tax Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic without electronic digital signature. Tax accounts will be presented by obtaining access to the information system.

The State Tax Service will have the right to limit access to those business entities who have no tax registration and who were engaged in false business activity or fictitious supplies according to documentary evidence.
