The Law “On Public Procurement” was signed

April 6, 2015

The President Almazbek Atambayev signed the Law “On Public Procurement”.

The Law was prepared in order to provide economy and efficiency of using of public funds during public procurement.

The new law shall invalidate the Law No. 69 “On Public Procurement” dated May 24, 2004.
