On March 16, 2015 the draft Law “On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic” came in the Parliament of the Kyrgyz Republic. It was proposed to oblige banks to satisfy by extrajudicial procedure and with priority payment demand orders of the Social Fund issued for debt collection on state social security contributions accepted by a payer.

According to the explanatory note the draft law was proposed in order to increase efficiency of debt collection on state social insurance and to improve payers’ discipline.
