The International Business Council is actively working to assist its members in obtaining passes for the unimpeded movement of vehicles with food and other important goods.

Over the past two weeks, IBC has helped 17 member companies get passes. The lists were compiled by the companies themselves at the IBC request.

On March 28, the Ministry of Economy, together with representatives of business associations, held talks with Bishkek’s commandant Almazbek Orozaliev to help obtain passes for members of business associations for the unhindered movement of goods with food and other basic necessities, as well as uninterrupted business activities.

Business associations compiled lists of companies that require passes, and the Ministry submitted the information to the Commandant’s Office.

A list of business associations and SMEs is available at: http://www.mineconom.gov.kg/en/post/6365

IBC expresses its gratitude to the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Bishkek City Commandant’s Office, personally to Bishkek’s commandant Almazbek Orozaliev, the Business Development and Investments Council under the Government and the Business and Entrepreneurship Development Council under the Parliament Speaker for prompt response to the needs of the business community and assistance in ensuring unimpeded movement of vehicles with food.
