The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic is a non-commercial organization that conducts its activity for the purposes of assistance in the development of the national economy, its integration into world economic system for formation of market relations with up-to-date infrastructure.

The Chamber was established in December 1959.

The mission of the Chamber is assistance in creation of the proper legal base, infrastructure, and other conditions for formation, development, and protection of businesses in Kyrgyzstan. It strives for provision of businessmen with real, equal possibilities for development of their own business in Kyrgyzstan and taking it to the world markets.

The Chamber has representative offices in all regions of the country and abroad, which enables it to provide services to businessmen within the shortest time frame possible.

Business-association "JIA"

Business-association "JIA" - is a non-profit organization established on 26 December 2006. At present it unites more than 300 entrepreneurs from all regions of Kyrgyzstan. The organization has a southern unit called “Osh JIA”, which has more than 130 members from southern regions. The mission of JIA is to promote values of patriotism, democracy and tolerance in Kyrgyzstan through the development of entrepreneurship.

Union of Banks

Union of Banks is a voluntary association of commercial banks, branches and representative offices of non-resident banks and specialized financial institutions operating on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic on the basis of a license of the National Bank of Kyrgyz Republic.

The main objectives of the Union of Banks are development of, negotiation of and lobbying laws and regulations affecting its members; proposing them to the relevant bodies of state authority and administration; examination of bills and interaction with their developers, provision of its members with organizational, informational, analytical, methodical, legal and other assistance.

In accordance with its objectives, the Union of Banks is seeking to participate in any kind of public events, where the interest of commercial banks can be represented.

Bishkek Business Club

Bishkek Business Club was formed in August 2002. Bishkek Business Club is a public association and is registered as a non-profit non-governmental organization.

Mission: Kyrgyzstan - regional center of business and financial activity.

The club aims to considerably improve the business environment in the KR and turn the country into a large and dynamic business center, so that:

Kyrgyzstan hosts the best human resources, most of the capital, head offices and offices of the companies;

Citizens of Kyrgyzstan have access to better social, informational, technological and economic systems of the world;

The club serves as a credible organization that has an impact on regional policy decisions.

Union of Entrepreneurs of Kyrgyzstan

The Union of Entrepreneurs of Kyrgyzstan is a non-profit organization that was founded on 20 March 2002. Today it consists of more than 10,000 members, 18 industrial associations and 16 regional associations and councils. It collaborates with key partners, representing the interests of most of the business community, such as the International Business Council, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of KR, Guild of Directors of Enterprises, Union of Constructors, etc.

The Union of Entrepreneurs of Kyrgyzstan sees its mission in bringing together the business community and entrepreneurs of Kyrgyzstan; establishing a conducive business environment; enhancing the competitiveness of Kyrgyz businesses; concentrating all policies, actions and resources to achieve the goals ensuring vibrant economic development and decent life for the people of Kyrgyzstan.

The Kyrgyz Association of Tour Operators

The Kyrgyz Association of Tour Operators (KATO) is one of the largest and leading associations representing the tourism industry in Kyrgyzstan. It was officially registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic in 1999 as a non-commercial organization. KATO has 48 member-organizations. The Association unifies 45 travel companies and three higher educational institutions.

KATO protects the corporate interests of its members and the rights of its customers. The Association considers that the most important objective is to develop a civilized tourist market and promote development of tourism industry at national and regional levels.

KATO's mission is to create enabling environment for tourism, which is based on the worldwide based principles and standards. In return, it will promote further economical growth and prosperity in the regions.
