Who We Are
International Business Council (IBC) is an association, founded by foreign investors in December 2000, which unites over 110 largest taxpayers, development partners and diplomatic missions accredited in the Kyrgyz Republic.
IBC seeks to create a favourable environment in the country and works closely with the government and other local and international organizations to fight corruption and to change laws and practice that impede social or economic justice.

The IBC’s mission is to engage in political advocacy. The IBC promotes common interests of business investors and provides members with relevant information and advice to support their business operations in the Kyrgyz Republic. When businesses band together, they achieve more than they could on their own.
