The International Business Council (IBC) continues its active engagement with the academic community, speaking at key venues within higher education institutions and contributing to the development of applied knowledge in the field of entrepreneurship and business regulation.

On April 15, 2026, at the international scientific and practical conference "Transformation of Business Law and Civil Procedure in the Digital Economy: Challenges and Prospects," dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Kyrgyz National University named after Jusup Balasagyn, IBC Head Askar Sydykov presented a report on the role of entrepreneurs' participation in the legislative process and the improvement of law enforcement practices as a key factor in creating a favorable investment climate in Kyrgyzstan.

On April 16, 2026, IBC representatives spoke at the expert panel "Practices of Building a Business in the Context of Integration in the EAEU," organized as part of the Summer School of the Eurasian Network University. IBC shared practical experience in conducting business in the context of Eurasian integration and outlined key opportunities and challenges for entrepreneurs.

The IBC's participation in university events is aimed at strengthening dialogue between business and academia, developing practice-oriented education, and developing an understanding of modern economic and legal processes among students and young professionals.
