The meeting participants discussed the goals and main directions of the IWG activities. They decided to draw up a list of recommendations in the considered areas as soon as possible. The recommendations will be submitted to the recently created Economic Reforms Council under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The IWG proposed such directions of its activities, as the definition of clear boundaries and criteria for the types of activities subject to licensing; the ability to transfer some types of licenses, permits and inspections to outsourcing; automating the renewal of temporary licenses and permits while maintaining the bone fide principle; maximum simplification of the inspection procedure and revision of the increase in fines for violation of legislation, etc.
