Electronic interaction between government and business takes on special significance

In the current conditions, special attention should be paid to the development of electronic interaction between government agencies, business and the population, said First Deputy Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Almazbek Baatyrbekov on July 29 at a meeting of the Country’s Center for coordinating the implementation of the roadmap for the implementation of the Digital Transformation Concept "Digital Kyrgyzstan 2019-2023", the Government press service reported.

It is important to pay more attention to the digitalization of regions, including the education sector, and the provision of electronic services to the population, Almazbek Baatyrbekov said.

During the meeting, the results for the first half of the year were summed up.

Altynbek Ismailov, Chairman of the State Committee for Information Technologies and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic, made a keynote speech on the implementation of the Digital Transformation Concept.

“As part of the implementation of the Digital Transformation Concept, large-scale measures are being taken to implement the Sanarip Aimak project in all regions of the country. In March 2020, piloting was carried out in 8 local governments. Work is underway to implement the INFODOCS electronic document management system and the e-Kyzmat human resources management system. Following the results of the first half of the year, about 51 million transactions were made through the Tunduk electronic interaction system," he said.

There are 191 services currently available on the state e-services portal, and 89 state and municipal services are available through mobile applications.
