Charity festival supports orphanages

The Seventh Annual Charity Festival "Kyrgyzstan – the country of skiing and winter holidays" was held on February 20 at the ZIL Ski Base.

The event was organized by the Business Development and Investments Council under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, Tourism Department under the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the KR, International Business Council, Bishkek Business Club, JICA Alumni Association, ZIL Ski Base, Hiking Union, and Retro FM radio.

About 1,000 lottery tickets were sold at the festival, IBC Corporate Affairs Manager Minara Imankulova said. The money collected will go to support orphanages.
