State Inspectorate of Ecology and Technical Safety launched automatic web-based feedback mechanism

December 21, 2015

On December 17, IFC Kyrgyz Investment Climate project and the State Inspectorate of Ecology and Technical Safety under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic (SIETS, the largest inspectorate in the country) have officially launched automatic web-based mechanism to receive and process feedback from business entities.

Entrepreneurs in the Kyrgyz Republic do not give any credence to previously existed communications mechanisms given time-consuming procedures and low confidence that their feedback would reach addressee and cause any further action.

The new online mechanism was developed in a way to address all the above-mentioned concerns. During all inspections, inspectors of the SIETS will collect e-mails of business entities, and the inspections administration portal www.proverka.kg will automatically send an invite, signed by the Minister of Economy and the Director of the SIETS, to fill the short survey. Each link sent to entrepreneurs is unique, and all results will be immediately available on the proverka.kg web-site in the form of generalized charts.

The SIETS will quarterly publicize reports with main findings, statistics and actions taken on proverka.kg and web-sites of the SIETS and the Ministry of Economy:

Besides, it is possible to access the survey directly at http://proverka.kg/gko/anketa/2, and it will also be placed (from January 2016) on the sites of the SIETS and the Ministry of Economy.

The new feedback mechanism will allow the Inspectorate to build transparent communication and partnership with business community, and take appropriate actions to improve inspection procedures and overall work of the SIETS.
