i]On March 23, 2019[/i], the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sooronbai Jeenbekov signed the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Amending the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On External Migration”.

The purpose of the Law is to clarify the procedure for the expulsion of foreign citizens and stateless persons from the Kyrgyz Republic after serving their sentence, if they do not have any grounds established by law for their continued stay in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.

On March 19, the Parliament Committee on Transport, Communications, Architecture and Construction approved the second reading of the draft Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the Energy Efficiency of Buildings”.

The proposed amendments are aimed at creating and maintaining the state register of building energy certificates and reports on the periodic monitoring of the energy efficiency of boilers, heating systems and hot water supply to buildings.

On March 20, 2019, the President of the Kyrgyz Republic signed the Decree “On additional accreditation of heads of diplomatic missions of the Kyrgyz Republic in foreign states”.

According to the Decree, in order to improve the activities of diplomatic missions of the Kyrgyz Republic in foreign states on issues of additional accreditation, it was decided to approve the list of additional accreditation of heads of diplomatic missions of the Kyrgyz Republic in foreign states in accordance with the attached list.
