Economy Ministry proposes amendments to the Tax code with regard to raid tax control

On October 16, 2015 the Ministry of Economy has submitted for public discussion the draft law "On Amendments to the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic".

The draft law proposes to authorize the tax authorities, in the implementation of the raid tax control, to check the use of seals of control in accounting and control of petroleum products movement and the availability of labor contracts with employees and non-payment of income tax.
