Amendments to the Tax Code and the Code on Administrative Responsibility adopted

On August 7 the President of the Kyrgyz Republic signed the Law “On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.” The law entitles local self-governing authorities to collect both local taxes and taxes received on the basis of a patent, which is convenient for the taxpayers.

The law shall enter into force 15 days after its official publication.
