At the IBC initiative, problems of Kyrgyzstan’s fuel market and ways to solve them were discussed today at the Economy Ministry.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Economy Minister Eldar Abakirov, Chairman of the State Service for Combating Economic Crimes under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic Aibek Kadyraliyev, representatives of ministries and departments, as well as the key players of the fuel market and heads of business associations.

Key participants in the fuel market were represented by Deputy General Director of Gazprom Neft Asia LLC Chyngyz .Aytmurzaev, Deputy General Director of SHNOS LLC (Bishkek Petroleum) Maksatbek Sharipov, Deputy Deneral Director of Bishkek Oil Company (Rosneft) L.Dobrynin, Founder / Advisor to the General Director of Kyrgyz Munai LLC D.Abyshkaev.

The participants discussed how to more effectively detect and deter the smuggling and trafficking of petroleum products in the country and other issues related to the situation in the fuel market.
