A roundtable chaired by the Deputy Minister of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic Kylychbek Jakypov discussed results of expertise of the Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA) for 2015 and proposals for optimization of RIA Procedure for normative act. Head of the Secretariat of the National Alliance of Business Associations Uluk Kydyrbaev and Executive Director of the BizEkspert Analytical Center Ainura Chekirova informed the participants about activity of a working group on assessment of RIA of projects of acts of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC). According to IBC Deputy Executive Director Askar Sydykov, it is necessary to assess how the RIA conclusion affect the adoption of certain regulations, as well as to pay attention to the enforcement of legal provisions on the obligation of the RIA in the development of legal normative acts initiated by Jogorku Kenesh deputies.
