IBC participated in the first meeting of the working group on preparing internship manuals for students, career center staff and companies. Following the discussions it was decided to join efforts of the InStream Public Foundation and IBC because IBC has already drafted manuals as part of the strengthening career center capacity project financed by the USAID Collaborative Governance Program. The given activity is ongoing. Once the manuals are finalized in Russian, they will be translated into Kyrgyz and will be shared with Yik Ata Jurt youth group that has offices across the country. The project on strengthening career centers is being implemented by a consortium consisting of IBC, JIA and Ednet.
