IBC collects information about the most inefficient laws and regulations

IBC is a partner of the OSCE Project on the regulatory reform, Systematic Regulatory Review. The next stage of the regulatory reform has begun within the above mentioned project. The business community is expected to make evaluation of laws and regulations with regard to business activity in Kyrgyzstan.

The ongoing regulatory reform has revealed more than 3 (three) thousand laws and regulations with regard to business activity.

The working unit of the Council for Regulatory Reform under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic has started to form a short-list of the most important and problematic laws and regulations that is to be analyzed and evaluated during interviews and focus groups with representatives of the business community.

Therefore please provide us with a list of laws and regulations which you consider as the most inefficient and ambiguous with regard to your activity by August 28, 2015 (Friday) via email (office@ibc.kg or ibc.kyrgyzstan@gmail.com).

Please specify title, number of laws and regulations and inefficient provisions. Justification is not important.
