Lottery activities will be allowed partially

On February 18, 2016 the State Service on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market under the Government submitted for public discussion the draft Resolution “On Draft Bill “On Lotteries”.

The draft bill establishes that lotteries can be performed by legal entities authorized by the Government according to special procedures. Performance of lottery in all other cases is prohibited in the Kyrgyz Republic.
