Framework on development of public procurements drafted

On February 17, 2016 the Ministry of Finance submitted for public discussion the draft Resolution “On Approval of the Public Procurement Development Framework of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2016 – 2020 years”.

The main purpose of the Framework is transformation of all activities within the public procurement procedure to electronic form. It is assumed that this would lead to increase of transparency and efficiency of all activities and transactions while public procurements.
