On January 13, 2016 the Economy Ministry submitted for public discussion the draft bill “On amendments to the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic”.

The current draft bill introduces a new term - “inflation rate”. The inflation rate will serve as an indicator of changes in consumer prices for goods (works, services) in the Kyrgyz Republic while tax administration of small businesses working on the basis of voluntary patenting tax regime.
