Amendments to the Tax Code

December 31, 2015

On December 31, 2015 the President of the Kyrgyz Republic signed the Law “On Amendments and Additions to Some Legal Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic” (Tax Code and some others).

The Law doubled the registration threshold on VAT (from 4 to 8 million), changed the rates of the sales tax in different sectors of the economy.
