Amendments to the Housing Code

December 17, 2015

On December 17, 2015 the Ministry of Justice submitted for public discussion the draft bill “On Amendments and Additions to the Housing Code of the Kyrgyz Republic”.

The draft bill introduces a norm which allows all foreign citizens and legal entities purchase apartments in apartment buildings.
