Amendments to the legislation on mineral resources

December 16, 2015

On December 16, 2015 the State Agency for Geology and Mineral Resources under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic submitted for public discussion the draft Resolution “Rules on Protection and Use of Subsoil during Exploration of Mineral Resources”.

The draft Resolution establishes requirements to: security issues while conducting appropriate activity; rational use of minerals resources in all stages of mining, etc.
