The Economy Ministry is establishing the National Energy Holding

December 4, 2015

On December 4, 2015 the Economy Ministry submitted for public discussion the draft bill “On establishment of OJSC “National Energy Holding”.

The main purpose of the National Energy Holding is facilitation and development of the energy sector of the Kyrgyz Republic. The activity of the Holding will be regulated by the Law “On Joint-Stock Companies”.
