On October 22, 2015 the Investment Promotion Agency under the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic has submitted for public discussion the draft legislative acts with regard to employment of foreign workers.

The draft bill proposes simplified procedure (or exemption) of work permits issuance to the foreign citizens who are highly qualified professionals, business managers or those who invest into the country a certain amount of investment to increase the investment attractiveness, as well as to attract new knowledge and technologies.
