The Law “On Compulsory Insurance of Civil Liability of Motor Vehicles Owners” signed

On July 30, 2015 the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Almazbek Atambayev signed the Law “On Compulsory Insurance of Civil Liability of Motor Vehicles Owners”.

The Law stipulates legal, economic and organizational framework for regulating relations in the field of compulsory insurance of civil liability of motor vehicles owners for personal injury and damage to property of injured persons as a result of a road traffic accident during vehicle operation.

The Law shall enter into force in six months from the date of the official publication.
