On May 20, 2015 the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Almazbek Atambayev signed the Law “On Additions and Amendments to the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic”.

The main purpose of the Law is to support and encourage development of small and medium-sized businesses and non-commercial organizations. The provision shall apply to non-commercial organizations only with regard to income tax.

The Law shall enter into force on July 1, 2015.
