The Parliament of the Kyrgyz Republic has ratified the Treaty on Accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Agreement on Eurasian Economic Union and has denounced the Treaties between the Governments of the Kyrgyz Republic and Republic of Kazakhstan on Principles of Levying of Excise on Export and Import of Goods and on Principles of Levying of VAT on Export and Import of Goods, Treaty between the Governments of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation on Principles of Levying of Indirect Taxes in Mutual Trade, Excise on Export and Import of Goods. Denunciation of these treaties shall be effective from the date of entry into force of the Treaty on Accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to Agreement on Eurasian Economic Union dd May 29, 2014 (Laws №111, 112, 113 and 114 dd May 21, 2015).
