Additions and amendments were introduced into the Tax Code with regard to bank precious metals

April 17, 2015

On April 17, 2015 the President Almazbek Atambayev signed the Law “On Additions and Amendments into the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic”.

The Law was prepared in order to create conditions to develop market of bank precious metals by exempting them from VAT and sales tax and to form alternative instruments for savings and investment for people and companies.
