The opening ceremony of the modern Public Service Center with the participation of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Ulukbek Maripov was held in the center of Bishkek.

All conditions have been created in the new Public Service Center – the entire process of documenting citizens has been automated, from accepting applications to preparing documents and issuing them. Applicants can collect the required documents not leaving the building.

“The use of modern information technologies has made it possible to bring the provision of public services to a new quality level, the terms of service to the population have been reduced, and comfortable conditions have been provided for citizens,” said Maripov.

For the convenience of citizens, the new PSC will receive citizens from 9.00 to 22.00.

In the near future, a Business Service Center will be opened on the second floor of the PSC building, where 12 government agencies will provide their services, the Prime Minister said.

About PSC:

The Public Service Center is equipped with modern equipment, comfortable workplaces, a reference area, an electronic queue and video surveillance cameras. There are also conditions for people with disabilities, a room for a mother and a child, and a self-service zone.

The total area of the PSC premises is more than 1200 m², and it can serve up to 1500 people per day.

The new public service center is located on the first floor of the Eldorado shopping center at the address: 381, Jibek-Jolu Avenue, Bishkek.
