The selection criteria for the Unified Register of Business Problems in the Kyrgyz Republic were discussed at the Investment Promotion and Protection Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The creation of the Register of Business Problems is aimed at:

- Strengthening public-private dialogue and forming a feedback system;

- Creation of a unified information field about business problems, their systematization and description. Currently, there is no unified database on business problems; each state body and communication platform (councils of different levels, the Business Ombudsman Institute) have their own separate databases of problems and appeals of entrepreneurs;

- Tracking the status of problem solving online, in particular, by the initiators themselves – entrepreneurs and other interested parties;

- Identifying the main causes of problems (imperfection of legislation, incompetence of government agencies, imperfection of administrative procedures, etc.)

- Information and analytical support of government bodies and decision-makers on the development policy and support of entrepreneurship;

- Timely adjustment of state policy for the development of entrepreneurship.

The Register will become an integral part of the unified electronic platform for monitoring the National Development Strategy for the period 2018-2040, in which a separate section is devoted to entrepreneurship.

The draft resolution of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the procedure for the formation and maintenance of the Unified Register of Business Problems in the Kyrgyz Republic" was submitted for public discussion, and all proposals and comments from business representatives were taken into account. The NLA was repeatedly discussed with representatives of the business community and the Business Ombudsman Institute. All suggestions and comments were taken into account.
