The meeting of the Kyrgyz Republic Prize Award Council on Quality was held on November 18 under the chairmanship of Economy Minister, Deputy Council Chairman Sanjar Mukanbetov.

The IBC representative is a Council member.

The following issues were considered at the meeting:

- Summing up the results of the competition for the Kyrgyz Republic Prize for Quality in 2019;

- Determination of competition nominations for 2020;

- Approval of the Council’s Action Plan.

The Council approved the proposals of the expert commission to determine applicants for the title of laureates and diploma winners in the following categories:

- Light industry enterprises;

- Enterprises processing agricultural products.

- Research institutions that have introduced new innovative technologies.

The Council supported the proposals of the Technical Secretariat and the Expert Commission on awarding the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Economy of active participants in the competition for the Kyrgyz Quality Award.
