Nine teams participated in the tournament held in three halls, each hosted three teams. The game included several rounds in which cases on various topics were played.

All negotiations were trilateral. Each team prepared its negotiator for a speech, a negotiation plan, arguments, and basic and backup strategies for behavior.

Teams of the country's largest companies took part in the tournament aimed at developing teamwork in the preparation and conduct of negotiations. The tournament participants gained good experience in pumping up the skills of negotiators to increase sales growth of goods and services.

According to the jury decision, the places in the final were distributed as follows:

The 1st place: the Beeline team of of Galina Kucheryavaya, Larisa Tabachnaya, Aidar Chynybaev.

2nd place: the Kumtor Gold Company team of Nurbek Tolobaev, Gulmira Turdubaeva, Nazgul Oskoyeva.

3rd place: the of Bai-Tushum Bank team of Said Nishanov, Olga Salienko, Mukai Joldoshbek.

Member of the Elite House Construction Company team, Eldiar Tokoldoshev, was awarded the People's Choice Award.

The negotiators tournament is a unique event for our country. It is aimed at developing teamwork in the preparation and conduct of negotiations. These skills play a key role in matters of the sale of goods and services of companies.

IBC held this tournament continuing the tradition of meeting with its members in a more active format.
