The Supervisory Board discusses the selection criteria for the Business Ombudsman and his deputies

On March 18, the Supervisory Board at the Business Ombudsman of the Kyrgyz Republic discussed additional criteria for selecting a BO and his deputies.

To speed up the selection process and ensure an impartial evaluation of candidates, it is planned to attract a recruiting company.

Executive Director of the International Business Council, Askar Sydykov, a Supervisory Board member, submitted additional criteria for the Business Ombudsman selection developed by IBC.

At the first meeting held on March 7, the composition of the Supervisory Board was considered.

The meeting participants familiarized themselves with the process of forming the Supervisory Board, including the announcement of sending applications, consideration of applications for compliance with the criteria specified in the Government Resolution.

Five associations were included in the Supervisory Board on an ongoing basis: International Business Council, JIA Business Association, American Chamber of Commerce in the Kyrgyz Republic; Association of markets, trade and service enterprises of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.
