On January 25, the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic hosted the first meeting of the working group on improving the procedure for public discussion of draft regulatory legal acts (RLAs) and the introduction of a single electronic portal.

The head of the IBC legal sector Dastan Imanaliev joined the WG formed by the order of the Justice Ministry to develop an effective mechanism for conducting a procedure for public discussion of draft NLAs in accordance with the National Action Plan for the Creation of an Open Government in the Kyrgyz Republic for 2018-2020.

The WG was tasked to study international mechanisms in this area, as well as to develop terms of reference for creating a single electronic portal to discuss draft regulatory legal acts.

The WG has the right to involve in its work representatives of state bodies and other organizations, as well as independent experts and consultants.

Deputy Minister of Justice Manas Sarymsakov heads the working group.
