The Economy Ministry presented a Concept for the creation and organization of the activity of business service centers (BSC).

According to Deputy Economy Minister Eldar Abakirov, the main goals of the BSC establishment are to simplify the procedures for obtaining state services and issue licensing documents, shorten the terms for their obtaining, provide quality, timely and affordable services to entrepreneurs, develop the competencies and skills of entrepreneurs through training, exclusion of corruption mechanisms.

The BSC goal will also be lobbying for business interests and improving services that are poorly provided by the State (for example, by outsourcing them to businesses). Business representatives believe that it is necessary to determine precisely - either the BSC will lobby the interests of the business or provide services.

The main BSC functions are:

To accept requests for the provision of public services;

To represent interests of entrepreneurship in interaction with government bodies and organizations involved in the provision of public services;

To represent interests of state bodies in interaction with entrepreneurs;

To inform entrepreneurs about the procedure for the provision of public services in the BSC;

And others.
