The SCIESU proposes to improve the example of calculation of the income tax for mining enterprises; encourage the return of processed commodities; and to strengthen control over the percentage of precious metals in the export of primary commodities. On August 10, President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbay Jeenbekov signed the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Amendments to the Law "On Cooperatives". The law was passed by the Parliament on June 28, 2018. The law is designed to fill certain gaps in the current Law on Cooperatives. The law provides for the powers and duties of the cooperative councils.
