The Secretariat of the Business Development and Investment Council under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic continued discussions on reducing the payment rates for environmental pollution and determining reasonable standards for the cost of reimbursement of agricultural losses.

On August 2, representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation of the Kyrgyz Republic, State Committee for Industry, Energy and Subsoil Use of the Kyrgyz Republic, State Agency for Environmental Protection and Forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, and mining companies - IBC members took part in the meeting organized at the IBC initiative.
