The Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic submitted for public discussion a draft Government Resolution "On the Draft Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Amending Certain Legislative Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Field of Bankruptcy". The bill is designed to regulate the bankruptcy procedure, strengthen the protection of creditors' rights, and to improve the ratings of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Doing Business ranking on the Resolving Insolvency indicator, where the Kyrgyz Republic ranks 119th among 189 countries. On July 24, the State Committee for Information Technologies and Communication of the Kyrgyz Republic submitted for public discussion a draft Government Resolution "On Amending Certain Decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on Electronic Signature Issues." The document is designed to implement the Law "On Electronic Signatures". Within the framework of the Tunduk project, the e-government portal www.e-gov.kg will provide electronic state and municipal services. More

On July 25, the State Agency for Architecture, Construction and Housing under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic submitted for public discussion a draft Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "On approving construction norms (building standards) of the KR 12-02:2018 "Organization of construction". The norms set general requirements for the organization of construction production in the new construction, reconstruction, dismantling and demolition of existing buildings and facilities, which shall be observed by all participants in the construction of the facility.

On July 27, the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic submitted for public discussion a draft Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Amendments to Some Legislative Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic (to the Civil Code, Tax Code and Law "On the Status of Bailiffs and on Enforcement Proceedings"). The bill is designed to protect human rights and freedoms, protect public order, as well as the ongoing state policy aimed at implementing the "Safe City" component of the "Smart City" project under the "Taza Koom" (Clean Society) Government program.
