The document is designed to implement the Law "On Electronic Signatures". On July 25, the State Agency for Architecture, Construction and Housing under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic submitted for public discussion a draft Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "On approving construction norms (building standards) of the KR 12-02:2018 "Organization of construction". The norms set general requirements for the organization of construction production in the new construction, reconstruction, dismantling and demolition of existing buildings and facilities, which shall be observed by all participants in the construction of the facility.
